  17. CLIPQUIK may be distributed via BBSs, online services, the
  18. Internet (FTP, WWW), friends and users groups as long as all files 
  19. are present and unmodified.  It may be sold on diskette or CD-ROM
  20. for a nominal distribution fee, but the author would appreciate
  21. being informed of such distribution so as to provide the vendor
  22. with the most recent version. Diskette and CD-ROM vendors should
  23. direct inquiries to the author at the postal or email addresses
  24. below.

  27. 2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

  30. ClipQuik is an easy to use clipboard storage system which enables the 
  31. user to store up to 15 separate clipboard entries at a time. The compact 
  32. tabbed interface allows you to leave ClipQuik visible on the desktop 
  33. while working within other applications.  Text editors and word 
  34. processors, HTML editors, programming tools, etc., etc., etc. ClipQuik 
  35. can be used alongside any program which involves working with text.

  37. 3. FREEWARE

  40. This version of ClipQuik is freeware and although it's still extremely 
  41. useful, a few of the more advanced features are disabled. The purchase 
  42. price for the full version is only $9.95 and can be ordered online using 
  43. any major credit card.  Additional features included in the full version 
  44. allow you to save an unlimited number of custom cliplists to disk, 
  45. allowing you to restore specific sets for future use. It can also be 
  46. set to save entries on shut down, restoring them when you restart the 
  47. program, and can open your default web browser to any stored web site 
  48. address. The full version can be purchased online at:

  59. 5. INSTALLING CLIPQUIK

  62. Copy all files to a temporary directory and run setup.exe. Follow the 
  63. prompts until the setup process is complete. Be sure that you have the 
  64. necessary VB5 Runtime files installed on your computer before running the 
  65. setup program. (see VB5RUN.txt)

  68. To uninstall:
  69. A) From the Start Menu, choose "Settings" / "Control Panel".
  70. B) Double Click on "Add/Remove Programs".
  71. C) Select "ClipQuik Freeware" from the list box.
  72. D) Click on "Add/Remove"
  73. E) Follow the prompts.
